Helios Post Help
Get started
Sign in with your Lucion Identity account. On your first visit, choose an available personal address ending in @lucionmail.com. Returning users go to their existing mailbox.
Your Helios Post address is separate from the email address you use to sign in to Lucion Identity.
Send a message
- Choose Compose and add one or more recipients. Cc and Bcc are available in the composer.
- Write a subject and message. Your saved sender name and signature are used for new messages.
- Optionally attach up to five supported files, with a 5 MB limit per file and 10 MB total.
- Choose Send. A Sent confirmation means Resend accepted the request; it does not guarantee the recipient’s inbox placement.
If sending fails, keep the composer open, check your connection and the service status, then retry only after the app reports the message was not sent. An uncertain result may already have been accepted by the provider.
Receive and find mail
Mail addressed to your claimed Helios Post address is delivered through the inbound mail provider and stored in your mailbox. New messages can appear through live mailbox sync; use Refresh to reconcile the mailbox if a live update is missed.
Use search, categories, and your inbox filing rules to find messages. Star a message to keep it in Starred, archive it to remove it from Inbox while keeping it available in Archive, or move it to Trash. You can restore messages from Trash until you permanently delete them.
Manage a message
- Mark a message read or unread from its toolbar.
- Use Undo after archiving or moving a message to Trash.
- Set sender or subject filing rules in Settings to categorize or archive matching mail automatically.
- Open Settings → Sender Identity to change your display name, profile photo, and default signature.
Account and delivery help
If your session expires, sign in again with Lucion Identity. If a message is missing, confirm the destination address, check the sender’s delivery status, and refresh your mailbox. The Status page reports service configuration and availability checks; it cannot confirm delivery to an individual recipient.
For help with an account or a delivery issue, use the Support page. Include the time of the attempt and the message status shown in Helios Post. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or API keys.
